The S1 Pro has excellent front collision sensors as well as smart navigation technology. It is able to recognize small obstacles that other models can't. Its only issue is that it tends to hit walls and objects at full speed. The only downside I found to this model was that the VibraRise mop pads mount is not removable. While you can swap out the mopping cloth (if it's required) however, it's a hassle to take off the mount for manual washing. I've observed that any soft carpet that the robot touches will come into contact with the rough Velcro-like fastener system on the mount, and could cause abrasions.

The S8 Pro Ultra is equipped with a number intelligent features that include support for Google Home and Amazon Alexa. You can set up and manage these via the Roborock app, which is also the home of its maps and advanced mopping settings. The app allows you to schedule cleanings and monitor battery life and component maintenance. You'll have to go through a series of steps to activate voice control on this model. This is a shame considering the performance otherwise.

The app is user-friendly and user-friendly and the X40's intelligent features are simple to install. Users can program the X40 to clean at specific times, adjust suction power and mode, view floor plans and mapping and manage mopping settings.
